Once your order and payment are received the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you within 24 hours - either the day the order is received or the next available working day.
A courier company will deliver the package to your door within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch (this may be longer for rural deliveries). We send the parcel as fast as we can - if you require something urgently please contact us and this can be arranged.
Please note deliveries only take place on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries or pick ups on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched are:
Auckland Rural: 2 - 3 days
North Island: Overnight
North Island Rural: 2 - 4 days
South Island: 1 - 2 days
South Island Rural: 3 - 5 days
Please note that these are targeted delivery time frames and they are working days, not weekend days - disruptions such as bad weather can cause delays. Delays can also occur at busy times of the year such as Christmas due to additional freight volumes. We recommend keeping an eye on tracking to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. Please contact us before the day of your party if you need some help with tracking the delivery.
The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to any Post Office box, and we will not deliver to any address which seems suspicious.
The party supplies are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they left our premises. If you feel your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately on 021 441 919 or email@example.com

Orewa, Helensville, Titirangi, Pukekohe, Drury, Howick and everything inbetween. Waiheke Island orders will be posted through NZ Post.
North Island - $9.00
Everything in the North Island outside of the Auckland area $9.00 per order
South Island - $9.00 per order

If you are ordering something small ie it could fit in a courier bag, please call us on 0800 276 779 and we can organise cheaper shipping charges for you.
At the shopping cart the courier cost will be automatically added to the order based on the delivery address.

Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition, unopened and in original packaging for a store credit or swap them for other goods, less shipping costs.
There are no refunds are issued simply because you have changed your mind, or you didn't use the goods.
Send an email to email@example.com quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please note you need to include your receipt with all returns. No credits or changes are possible without a receipt proving date of purchase.
